11 Couples of CurlFest

On Saturday, I walked into what felt like the most fly, Blackest family reunion in Prospect Park known as CurlFest. Every year, CurlFest is held in an open field full of beautiful brown people, draped in the finest threads paired with the fliest hairstyles. You will see beautiful men, women, children and even, dogs.

This year was the 5th annual CurlFest festival and each year it gets bigger and better. Founded by the ladies of Curly Girl Collective, CurlFest is filled with mostly women-but men and children also attend this epic event as well. Earlier this week, we served you some photos of the men of CurlFest and today, we present to you the lovely couples of CurlFest 2018. Check out 11 photos of couples- or should I say lovebirds of CurlsFest- during a day full of melanin, curls, beards, kinks, laughter and a whole lot of coconut oil.
